At PACK ROLE LLC, every order is made with care and precision, tailored exactly to your specifications. That is why we encourage you to inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If something does not look right as per your approved design, we are here to help. Let us know within three business days so we can resolve it quickly.

When We Are at Fault (Company-Side Issues)

If there is a defect or issue that stems from our side we take full responsibility. Here is how we will make it right:

  • We will reprint your entire order at no additional cost to you.
  • Our quality team will review the issue and determine whether it qualifies for a reprint or refund.
  • We will ask you to kindly send us back the full order within 7 business days, with return shipping covered by you.
  • To speed things up, sharing with us digital photos of the defect is highly recommended.

When the Error Is on Your Side (Client-Side Issues)

Our team will always aim to provide clear communication during the order process to help prevent issues. If the issue is due to an error on your end such as incorrect files, typos, or changes requested after final proof approval and you still wish to request a refund, here is how it works:

  • The complete order must be returned.

A refund will be processed after deducting applicable costs (including setup, printing, shipping, and billing fees).

Cancellations & Time-Sensitive Orders

We start production quickly after proof approval to keep your timeline on track. If you need to cancel an order:

  • Within 4 hours of proof approval: You may cancel with no penalty.
  • After 4 hours but before production begins: A 5% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Once production is underway: A 50% cancellation charge will apply to cover materials and labor already invested.
