CUSTOMER CONSENT

By submitting an order to Pack Role, you acknowledge and affirm that you bear full responsibility for your content, including any images, graphics, text, trademarks, copyrighted works, or other materials, whether original or third-party. You affirm that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for the use of any third-party intellectual property incorporated into your design.

By placing an order, you further represent and certify that your submitted content does not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties. You also affirm that the materials do not contain defamatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content.

By proceeding with an order, you expressly authorize Pack Role to reproduce, print, and manufacture the submitted designs and materials by your instructions, and you repay Pack Role against any claims arising from such production.

Important Considerations for Use of Pack Role Services

We disclaim any liability for the content that users may encounter that they deem to be offensive, disagreeable, or otherwise inappropriate.
Account security is the sole responsibility of the user. You are required to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Unauthorized use of your account shall be your responsibility.
To fulfill your request and provide services effectively, we may collect certain information that includes your personal, business-related data, or more. Such information will be requested only when necessary and will be handled with due diligence and by applicable data protection laws.
We reserve the right to store submitted content securely and, where required by law or necessary for the enforcement of our Terms of Service, to disclose such content. This may include responding to legal processes and protecting the rights or safety of users, third parties, or the general public.

ORDER PLACEMENT

To initiate an order with Pack Role, simply submit your finalized request in either hard copy or electronic file format, clearly specifying all required products, services, and print specifications. Once the order is confirmed, it’s promptly sent to our press department for production, and no changes can be made after that point. We are here to help make sure everything is accurate and ready to go before printing begins.

DESIGN FILES

We share design files by default at a resolution of 72 DPI (low resolution). If you require files in a higher resolution, you may formally request a quote by contacting our support team at in**@******le.com.

ARTWORK PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER

Make sure your artwork including designs and images are submitted in CMYK color mode with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Please be advised that we disclaim all responsibility for any color discrepancies that may arise from the conversion of RGB to CMYK, as well as for any visual deficiencies such as blurriness, distortion, or pixelation resulting from the quality or resolution of the artwork provided.

PROOF AND COLOR ACCURACY

Before giving your final approval, we want you to review the proof for any possible issues carefully. This includes checking the layout, spacing, punctuation, image placement, and in short, the overall content you provide. Since electronic proofs do not fully reflect transparency effects, it is a good idea to double-check your original file to ensure everything appears as intended.

Please note that laminated prints may differ slightly, and the client holds full responsibility for approving the final proof. While we make every effort to achieve accurate color matching, slight variations may occur during the printing process. These differences are a normal part of production, and exact color replication cannot be guaranteed. Rest assured, we will do our very best to get as close to your desired shade as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Once your order is approved, it is considered final and can not be canceled or refunded, as production begins right away and materials are allocated. That is why we strongly recommend taking a moment to carefully review your design and order details before giving the go-ahead just to make sure everything is exactly how you want it.

RETURNS AND REPRINTS

If you find that your order does not meet your design or notice any printing issues, please reach out to us within 3 working days of receiving it as we are here to help. If our team determines the issue is due to an error on our part, we will gladly reprint the affected items for you. However, we do not offer refunds, we are committed to making things right. To help us review the matter quickly, please provide clear digital photos of the issue within 7 days. Replacements require the return of at least 99% of the original order within 10 days, along with prior written authorization from Pack Role. Also, please keep it noted that charges for expedited orders are non-refundable.
